BuildFetch Inc. was founded in 2025 in Wyoming, USA by Tommy (Artem) Zinnatullin — Staff Infrastructure SWE with over 15 years of experience in product and infrastructure CI/CD, build systems, compilers, reactive programming at companies like Lyft, Yandex, Juno, NY Times.
Tommy has been a core maintainer of RxJava, Composer & Swarmer testing tools, StorIO & contributor to BuildKite CI Kubernetes Operator, Bazel, Gradle build systems and Java, Kotlin compiler and IDE plugins, linters and other developer tooling.
Tommy moved to United States in 2017 with O-1A Extraordinary Talent Visa and is currently a US Permanent Resident with EB-1A Extraordinary Ability Green Card, resident of beautiful state of Colorado.
- Technology & Products
- At BuildFetch we built an in-house, low-latency, high-throughput, sharded and replicated CAS system that we deploy in Kubernetes clusters around the world. BuildFetch Cache runs on top of it with native support for Bazel, Gradle, Maven, Sbt, Ccache, Sccache, Go, Nx, and Turborepo remote cache APIs.
